Me: OK, I have cancelled your account and we will issue a refund of the $29.95 which should appear in your account with in 4-6 business days.

Caller: OK, thank you so much. And do you have my account information to make sure the refund goes to the right place?

WIDTS: Correct me if I’m wrong, but…. the fact you called in would seem to indicate we already have the information needed, wouldn’t you say?
