Me: I am sorry you were charged without your consent. I will process a refund request which will generate an email confirmation and the money will be back in your account in 4-5 business days.

Caller: OK, how will I know you have processed the credit and when will I get my money?

WIDTS: You will know when the credit has been processed as soon as you receive a letter that I am sending Pony Express and your money will be received as soon as I am done spending it.
