About the desire…

This blog started out being about the frustrations that we, as customer service agents and receptionists, or even just normal people, get to deal with on a daily basis. We try to deal with them in a pleasant and efficient manner; however some of them do get the best of us. The replies herein are what we desired to say but did not.

  13. Ahem…regarding your blog…PREACH! I think many of your customers come into my police department, I’m sure I detect a similar touch.

    The unpleasant alternative is that the human race really is this obnoxious. Oh dear…

    • Yeah, pretty sure you’re correct. but the comedic value is why I leave them. Probably need to go through and clean out some of the more egregious stuff though.

      And ironically enough, this comment showed up in my Spam folder before I rescued it.
