This blog started out being about the frustrations that we, as customer service agents and receptionists, or even just normal people, get to deal with on a daily basis. We try to deal with them in a pleasant and efficient manner; however some of them do get the best of us. The replies herein are what we desired to say but did not.

i think you will find a lot of the above is spam – I had the same poblem originally. Hope I’m wrong.
Yeah, pretty sure you’re correct. but the comedic value is why I leave them. Probably need to go through and clean out some of the more egregious stuff though.
And ironically enough, this comment showed up in my Spam folder before I rescued it.
