Caller: I called a couple of days ago and was told that you would be issuing a refund to me and I was wondering when it would hit my account.
CSR: Yes, I can see here you called two days ago and we did process a refund back to your bank account. The bank advises us that it can take up to 10 business days, but it usually hits around 4-5 business days.
Caller: That is BULLSHIT! I was told two days ago that it would take 3 days. What the hell is going on here?
WIDTS: I would like to think intelligent thought is happening on both ends of this conversation, but you have proven me wrong. We advised you that it would take 3 business days and TWO full days haven’t even passed, yet you’re pissed of at us for not yet completing the refund? What kind of emotional, bat-shit crazy person are you? Certainly not this kind:
